Pledge Manager
As you'll probably know, your orders have now been locked on Backerkit and shipping charges are being processed by Stripe. You'll still be able to update your delivery address so be sure to check this.
Arrivals & Order Progress
I've had a few deliveries this week; firstly, 150 basic teams arrived last Friday meaning a hefty box containing 2400 miniatures is ready for me to start sorting which is a nice problem to have.
Those of you who follow my social media accounts will have seen that the limited edition backer art prints have arrived and I'm thrilled with how these have turned out. I'll be shipping the prints off to B. to be signed and will post these out once they are ready.
Sculpts for the Norse expansion, as well the chainsaw, willow and ogre star players have been sent off to Printmakr to produce the master prints. Once the master prints arrive I'll be shipping them off to Griffin Moulds to make a master mould.
The graphic novels have been ordered from Avery Hill Publishing and should be arriving soon.
I finally found a supplier for 32 mm slot bases so I've ordered these along with the 25 mm ones.
Remaining sculpts and shipping
Tom is still working on the sculpts, unfortunately, he's been delayed due to shifting deadlines for his day job. He's assured me that all the sculpts will be complete by the first week of February. This delay does mean that shipping in March may not be possible, but if there is a delay to ship, it should only be by a week or two, depending on how quickly the masters can be printed and the moulds created.

I've been busy and sick since I last updated. Thankfully most of the tasks have been placing orders with the various suppliers!
The art prints have been ordered. Once they arrive, I'll be sending them to B. to sign and number them. Each backer will receive one so be sure to send me your shipping address!
25 mm bases have been ordered, and I'm hopeful I've found a good supplier for the 32 mm bases. These 32 mm bases will be the type with the optional slot. In future campaigns, I'm tempted to provide 30 mm bases as I think these work better when the miniatures are in a scrum. Please let me know what you think about this in the comments
Griffin moulds are reviewing 3d print files for the star players and Norse expansion before being printed. Tom has had a busy few weeks since returning to work from the holidays which has slowed his progress on the Zenobian Zeniths. I've also commisioned another star player to round out the set. Her name is Carla I'll be sending her out with any full team pledge. She'll be available to buy once the online store is set up and running.
I'm still hopeful that I'll be shipping your orders in late March, but if it looks like shipping will be delayed, I won't hesitate to let you know.

Hi everyone,
You should now have the pledge manager in your inbox. You'll need to complete this to confirm your order and pay postage & packaging.
One or two backers have reported an issue with postage & packaging when adding an Add-on. I've raised this issue with our BackerKit account manager, and I'm investigating the matter. In the meantime, if it looks like you've been charged too much postage & packaging, please message me, and I'll refund the difference.
I can't wait to begin shipping these out to everyone!

We hope you're enjoying the holiday season!
Our Account manager at Backerkit was kind enough to finish reviewing our pledge manager, and we have begun to send it out to backers.
We sent the pledge manager out to a small number of backers, to begin with, so we can iron out any kinks, and we will be sending the rest in the next couple of days. You'll have until the 10th January to respond.
Thank you so much for your patience. We would have liked to have sent the pledge manager out much earlier but had to wait until the funds had cleared from Kickstarter and this took much longer than we anticipated. We're always looking to improve, and nothing beats learning from experience!
